I'm Yessica!  I'm basically your new best friend with a camera who will make taking photos your new favorite thing (yes, even for your groom!)

I’m a fun-loving and easygoing wedding photographer based out of Charleston, South Carolina serving joyful couples throughout the Southeast and beyond. Seriously, I will travel anywhere! 

I’m the girl who will constantly fix your hair, make sure your dress is perfectly fluffed, and love, serve, and reassure you every step of the way. I work with REAL couples, not models, but I can promise you will feel like one by the end of the day. You deserve to look and feel your absolute best!

When I’m not working with some amazing couples, you can find me snuggling my cats, binging a new show on Netflix, relaxing at a local brewery, or traveling the world with my high school sweetheart.

the process

Step 1: Initial Inquiry - if you're here, you've already done that. Check!

Step 2: Booking - Once you’ve decided to become a Yessica Grace Couple, a contract signature and 30% retainer will reserve your date. We’ll be officially official!!

Step 3: Engagement Session - The next step is to plan your engagement session! This is easily one of my favorite parts of the wedding experience. The session will last up to 2 hours and I will coach you every step of the way. It’s the perfect opportunity for me to get to know you even more and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera.

Step 4: Final Details: A month before your wedding, I will send you a questionnaire asking you about all the details of your day, including a family shot list, ceremony details, image priorities, and more. 

We’ll chat about any final touches and timeline adjustments and make sure your wedding day is stress-free! I’m there to serve you in any and every way that you need

Step 5: Wedding Day - You’re getting married!! All of the details, planning, everything is finally coming together! My goal is to capture your wedding day in a genuine way – and to hold your dress, fix your veil, and bring you a drink if needed! You’re marrying the love of your life. Cherish every moment, and all the moments that come after!

Step 6: Gallery Delivery - Your finished gallery will be delivered to you in 4-6 weeks! However, a blog post filled with over 100 of my favorite images will be available for you to view and share within a week of your wedding! *insert heart eyes here*

Handcrafted Albums are the perfect way to remember your wedding day

We truly believe there is so much importance in having an heirloom wedding album. On our couples' anniversaries, they sit down together, look through their wedding album, and talk about their marriage. The good, the bad, and where they want it to go in the future.

20 page 10x10 album

Linen: $950 for Linen
Leather: $1150
Additional 2-page Spread: $50

These high quality professionally designed albums come in a variety of linen & leather colors. These aren’t the same albums your parents wedding photos came in. They’re modern, lay perfectly flat and look incredible on coffee tables. All albums are prepaid with a down payment before design begins. Albums typically take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete and include three rounds of revision. Albums may be ordered anytime before or after the wedding day.

engagement sessions

Engagement sessions are complimentary with all of our wedding packages.
Stand alone engagement sessions are $700 for a two hour portrait session.

It takes time for most couples to warm up to being photographed and understand how we pose. Timelines can be pretty tight on weddings days and sometimes, 30 minutes could be all that we have for couples portraits - which is why we’ve found that wedding day portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement sessions ahead of time.

Sessions also allow you to showcase your personalities in a setting that is significant to the two of you. While they’re great for save-the-dates, we’ve taken engagement photos anywhere from 18 months in advance to a few days before the wedding. Destination engagement sessions are also a great option if there is a place you love and/or is special to you. If you have a place in mind, feel free to reach out for a custom quote! I have photographed couples in New York, Asheville, Florida, etc. Lets do this!

How many images will I receive in my gallery?

I average 75-100 images per hour that I’m shooting. Every wedding is differently, but overall, that’s usually 600-900 images total for an 8 hour day. I love delivering my client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your imag- es as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if I were in your shoes!


Do you travel for weddings & engagements?

I LOVE to travel and will go anywhere! 120 miles are included in all my wedding packages. After that, it’s .54 cents per mile. Depending on how far away your wedding is, accommodations may be necessary. Same thing applies for engagement sessions over 120 miles.


When will we get our photos?

I will deliver your FULL gallery to you within 4-6 weeks! However, no worries! Within a week from your wedding day, I’ll share a sneak peek blog post with you that includes over 100 of my favorite images from your day! Oh, and not to mention a day-of sneak peek on Instagram. I know you want to see your photos, so I won’t keep you waiting!


I'm ready to book!! what are the next steps?!

YAY! I am so excited and would be honored to photograph your wedding! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 30% non-refundable deposit. To receive your contract and retainer, just let us know which package you'd like to book, and we’ll send one over!
